INDEX / 007 — POLICY
Advertising Policy
A plain statement of how Mex Clearing House does — and does not — promote itself. We hold our marketing to the same standard as our shipment files: accurate, complete, and on the record.

No third-party advertising
This website does not display third-party advertisements. There are no ad networks, no sponsored placements, no affiliate links, and no paid content of any kind on this site. We do not sell, rent, or trade visitor data with advertisers. Nothing you read here was paid for by anyone other than Mex Clearing House itself.
How we present our services
When we describe what we do, we aim to be exact rather than impressive. That means three commitments. First, we describe our role honestly: we are a trade facilitation office providing documentation support, coordination, tracking, and records. We are not a licensed customs brokerage, and we say so wherever it matters. Second, we do not publish prices and we do not use pricing bait — no teaser figures, no invented discounts, no "limited-time" urgency. Terms are discussed directly and in writing. Third, we do not make claims we cannot stand behind. If a statement on this site cannot be backed by the files, it does not belong on this site.
Sponsored content
We do not publish sponsored content, guest posts, or paid endorsements. If that ever changes, any sponsored material will be labeled clearly and unmistakably at the top of the page, before any content appears.
External links
This site may link to external resources — for example, the Google Maps embed on our contact page, or public reference material we think is genuinely useful. We do not control external sites and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. A link is a convenience, not an endorsement, and we do not receive compensation for the links we place.
Outreach and communication
If we contact a business about our services, we do so directly, honestly, and only where there is a reasonable basis for the conversation. We do not send unsolicited bulk email, and we honor opt-out requests promptly and without argument. The same applies to any future newsletter: it will only go to people who asked for it, and every message will carry a working way to unsubscribe.
Compliance
Our marketing is intended to comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws in the United States, including Federal Trade Commission guidance on truthful and non-deceptive advertising. If you believe something on this site is inaccurate or misleading, we want to hear about it and fix it.
