INDEX / 003 — SERVICES

Six functions. One office. On the record.

Every capability below is delivered the same way: precisely, in writing, and with a file you can look at afterward. We list no prices here because engagements are shaped around how you actually ship — lanes, frequency, and documentation needs. Reach out and we will talk it through.

C-01

Customs documentation support

Most delays on the corridor are paper delays. We prepare and review commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, and entry-ready document sets before they reach the broker, checking them against the requirements of the specific crossing and commodity. Documents are organized the way brokers and carriers expect to receive them — complete, sequenced, and consistent from page to page.

If something is missing, we identify it at intake, not at the line. Where a licensed customs broker must prepare or file entry documents, we support that process with clean inputs; we do not file in place of the broker.

C-02

Freight coordination

Moving a load through the corridor is a sequencing problem: pickup windows, staging, appointment slots, hand-offs, and delivery all have to line up. We schedule and sequence loads across the lanes we serve, aligning shipper, carrier, and receiving dock so that each leg starts when the previous one is actually complete. When timing shifts — and on this corridor it does — we re-sequence and notify everyone in the same hour.

C-03

Trade compliance guidance

Compliance, in daily practice, means having the right records in the right state before anyone official asks for them. We provide practical guidance on documentation requirements, classification references, marking and labeling expectations, and record obligations for shipments moving through the Arizona–Sonora corridor. Our guidance prepares you for the process; formal compliance determinations remain with you and your licensed advisers.

C-04

Broker & carrier liaison

A shipment touches many parties, and every gap between them is a place where information goes missing. We serve as your single working point of contact alongside licensed customs brokers and carriers: relaying status, collecting requests, confirming appointments, and reporting exceptions in one voice. You stop being the switchboard for your own freight.

C-05

Shipment tracking

We log every milestone from intake to release — documents received, documents delivered, load staged, hand-off confirmed, release recorded. Status is verified against the parties involved rather than assumed, and reported back to you on a schedule you choose. When you ask where a shipment stands, the answer comes from the file, not from memory.

C-06

Records & reporting

After the load clears, the file remains. We retain the complete shipment record — documents, timestamps, correspondence, and milestone logs — organized so it can be retrieved quickly when questions, audits, or repeat shipments arise. For recurring lanes, we report patterns: typical lead times, recurring documentation gaps, and where your process loses time.

Scope, plainly stated

Mex Clearing House is a trade facilitation office, not a licensed customs brokerage, freight forwarder, or carrier. We do not file customs entries, we do not post bonds, and we do not transport freight. Those functions belong to licensed brokers and licensed carriers, and we work alongside them — preparing, coordinating, tracking, and recording so that their work starts from a complete file.

If your situation requires something outside that scope, we will tell you at the first conversation and point you toward the right licensed parties. That honesty is the foundation of how this office operates.

How engagements start Call or write with three facts: what you ship, how often, and where it crosses. We will review the lanes, the documentation burden, and the parties involved, then tell you plainly whether the office is the right fit and what the working arrangement would look like.
